The 3 feet law should be th...Both very good points. The 3 feet law should be the standard in all states, so this is a step in the right direction. With that said this will not be enforced and it will also not be obeyed by the motorist in this town. That is until the city decides to invest some serious money into cycling/pedestrian/greenways infrastructure. Which will then get more people out on bikes and walking more, thus increasing the exposure to pedestrian traffic.
