It's not as bad as I thought it would be, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right.<br /><br />I generate quite a bit of sweat, but can't say that it's painful, like Brady suggested it would be.<br /><br />Perhaps taking my bike and trainer to one of these many trainer sessions would be a good way to make sure I'm really challenging myself.Scott Reddhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13769134824821490457noreply@blogger.com
