We just received word from Tammie Dodge over at Activate Omaha that they have partnered with WELCOM to sponsor a Lunch on November 11th, from 11:30-1:00pm, at the W.H. Thompson Alumni Center (On the University of Nebraska at Omaha campus).
Guest speakers at this lunch will be John Burke, CEO of Trek Bicycles and Andy Clarke, Executive Director of the League of American Bicyclists.
The cost for this lunch is $10 per person. Please RSVP to info@activateomaha.org or 402-934-5923 if you would like to attend. Space is limited.

Hey Bob... it was nice to meet you in person and shake your hand at the ActivateOmaha lunchtime lecture this afternoon.
Both John Burke and Andy Clark gave inspiring talks, and I think got the crowd excited about cycling advocacy. It will be fun to see how things develop.
